On March 1, 2014 I kicked off a year of intentional living in honor of my twenty-ninth year in this amazing universe. Each month will have a different focus or "flavor" that I will practice. Some months this may be incorporating a habit on a daily basis (like March: 29 Days of Movement). Other months this may be learning about a new subject matter or tackling a creative art project.

Originally from Atlanta, I now call the mountains of Asheville, NC home with my boyfriend David and my dog Pacora. Before moving to Asheville, I was living in Panama City, Panama as part of my Why Not? philosophy.
I am a certified holistic health coach, and I manage communications and development for an international non-profit that focuses on holistic community development.
I love improv cooking, hiking, jazzy Saturday mornings, and unexpected conversations about spirituality. I have been writing and journaling as long as I can remember and recently discovered that this is a trait I share with my grandmother. My favorite guilty pleasure is reading an entire Alice Hoffman novel in bed on a Saturday.
